The Amuseables Carrot Cake is the crème de la cream-cheese of plush collectibles—a deliciously charming exclusive that first made its debut at the Nordstrom pop-up in Chicago. With a soft, velvety sponge body, swirls of plush cream cheese frosting, and a bright little carrot perched proudly on top, this cake is as cute as it is coveted.

Cheeky-faced and full of cozy character, this slice became instantly sought-after by collectors and dessert fans alike. Its limited availability and irresistible design have only added to its legend—making it one of the most popular Amuseables exclusives to date.

Sweet, rare, and full of personality—this is one cake you can’t eat, but you’ll never want to put down.

I was a bit hesitant to order at first but I'm so glad I did. The lamp I ordered looks even better in person than in the photos. Fast shipping too. Already placed my second order!
